Joy Boer

My name is Joy and offer my freelance makeup and hair services. Secondly, digital content creator for hair and beauty products, giving advice, tips and tricks and many more content.
Born and raised in Caloocan which is part of the capital of the Philippines, Manila. My interest in makeup started at young age when started participating in beauty pageants. Here I gained the first knowledge of makeup and the power of it. Not only applying and wearing makeup, but also being confident with. When your makeup is done, your beauty is enhanced, and confidence empowered. Sharing this with my clients is one of my goals. Honestly, from time to time it feels like magic.
During the years of travelling and working around world gave the opportunity to meet and experience many cultures. Now settled with my husband in The Netherlands Delft. This activated my creativity to start being engaged in the makeup industry again 2018. Officially received my certification at Dutch Beauty Academy.
With overall 15 years of experience, love to share information about brands, products and the latest fashion. My chosen brands are high standard, luxury and cruelty free.

Makeup is always playing a big role in my life, starting from watching my mother doing her makeup. I’m always interested in the latest news, products in the makeup industry. This in combination with fashion even led to participating in beauty pageants. Throughout those years gained allot of experience and making it my profession.

My goal is to enhance your natural beauty, with high end brands that hold high standards. These standards must meet my high standards as well, in all cases must be animal cruelty free.

For myself I hold very high hygienic standard that also applies to profession and for you as my client. This helps so you feel most confident, glamorous and the best version of yourself.
